Jobs & Recruitment

Allows employers to Post jobs and enables Users to apply for the posted jobs. Users can create Resumes and also Upload Resumes to apply for jobs.

Functional Specifications:

Post Resume	Ability to Users to create Resumes
Resume Status	User can mark resume as “Confidential” or “Searchable”
Upload Resume	Ability to Users to Upload Resumes on the site
Manage Resume	Enables Users to Edit/Delete Resumes
Add Cover Letter	Ability to Users to create Cover Letters
Manage Cover Letter	Enables Users to Edit/Delete Cover Letters
My Applied Jobs	Displays list of Jobs User had applied for
My Searches	Displays Searches saved by a User
Mail Alerts	Enables Users to receive notification mails on their personal Ids when a job for the selected category is posted

Employers Section:

Post Jobs	Enables Employers can post any number of jobs. Employers can get their jobs Front Featured, Featured, Highlighted and/or Bold for some additional fees
Manage Job Offers	Ability to View/Edit/Delete posted job offers
Manage Applications	Ability to Users to manage applications received for the posted jobs.
Advanced Search Resumes	Search Resumes based on selected Criteria
Manage Company Profile	Ability to View/Edit/Delete Company Profile
Add Company	Employer can maintain multiple Company Profile

Admin Section:

Site Statistics	Shows site statistics – Total categories \| Total Job Seekers \| Total Company Profiles \| Total Employers \| Total Jobs \| Total Resumes
Recent Statistics	Shows recent Statistics – Jobs Posted \|Resumes Posted \| Employer Signups \| Job Seekers Signups
Category Management	Add/edit/remove job categories & switching jobs from one category to another
Member management	Separate management area to manage jobs, job seekers, employers & premium employers
Resume & cover letter Management	Search/edit/delete/approve resumes & cover letters
Location settings	Admin can add/change/delete locations
Paid features	Configure payments for premium members, featured, bold, highlighted placements
Email settings	Email verification on/off, configure outgoing emails, send emails to single/all users
Extensive usage stats	Extensive usage stats (For categories, members, new sign ups, resumes, jobs etc); Recent stats for jobs posted today, yesterday and in last 7 days; Similar stats are available for resumes, employer sign ups, job seeker sign ups etc
Monitor messaging	Monitor messaging between job seekers
Billing & transaction history	Extensive billing & transaction history per subscriber
